To develop the scientific research of road marking paint, we should first include the research and development of road marking paint in the national scientific and technological development plan, so that the road marking paint can be developed rapidly. In 1987, Shenzhen Haihong Hempel paint Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Hong Kong Merchants International Co., Ltd. and Danish Hempel group, introduced hot-melt reflective marking paint. Its Yantai Branch and Kunshan branch were put into production in 1994 and 1996 respectively. In 1991, Singapore Yongjin group produced hot-melt reflective marking paint in joint-venture road marking paint plants in Baoding, Hebei, Yinchuan, Ningxia, Xinxiang, Henan and other places. By 1993, more than 30 road marking paint plants had been built nationwide to produce road marking paint. In 2000, Japan Astro Boy Group Co., Ltd. established a factory in Langfang, Hebei Province. 6. Formulate national and industrial technical standards to ensure the quality of marking paint production and traffic marking construction. In 1989, the traffic administration bureau of the Ministry of public security formulated the standards Ga "road marking paint (normal temperature type) and GA" road marking paint (hot melt type) "of the Ministry of public security, and then merged and revised them into the public safety industry standard ga/t" road marking paint "in 2001: in 1995, the Ministry of public security formulated the transportation industry standard jt/t" paint for road marking ", which was revised in 2004, The test methods and technical requirements of some coatings have been modified, and the technical requirements and test methods of two-component, water-based marking coatings have been added; In 1996, the national standard gb/t "quality requirements and testing methods for road traffic markings" was formulated, and the types of markings were added in the revised version in 2009; The national standard GB "road traffic signs and markings" formulated in 1999 provides a basis for the design and construction of road traffic markings, and a revised version was issued in 2009: jt/t "glass beads for pavement markings" formulated in 2001, which was revised and upgraded to the national standard gb/t "glass beads for pavement markings" in 2009. 7. Testing institutions at all levels guarantee the quality of traffic safety facilities. 1) the traffic engineering supervision and testing center of the Ministry of transport is the first product testing and engineering supervision and testing institution of traffic safety facilities approved by the Ministry of transport in 1990. In 1996, it passed the metrological certification of the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China. Since then, there has been a professional testing organization for road marking paint and road marking engineering construction. In 2006, with the approval of the General Administration of quality and technical supervision and quarantine and the national certification and accreditation supervision commission, the center was upgraded to establish the National Center for quality supervision and inspection of traffic safety facilities. 2) Zhongzi highway maintenance and testing technology center was established in 1992 as a supervision, consulting and testing organization of the transportation system.
